I’m seeing both Tori Amos and NIN this month. Best. Month. Ever.
My sister and I are going to the last NIN show ever in the US (apparently). It’s at Terminal5, which is tiny compared to Jones Beach or MSG where they usually play. I can’t really explain my excitement in words. Let’s try imagery. A kid on christmas morning, going down a rollercoaster, a dog chasing its tail, a teenie bopper watching High School Musical, Beatlemania, last day of school.
Dream moment. Trent Reznor comes out to join Tori on stage during “Past the Mission”. I think the world would implode. Maybe not the entire world, but definately mine. I think my sister would pass out.
